David A. Moskowitz
David owns a private consulting business with focus on place-based conservation projects, government affairs and grassroots advocacy for natural resource stewardship & protection, and provides organizational capacity building.

David has extensive experience in fish and river conservation in his past work for the Association of Northwest Steelheaders, Oregon Trout, Native Fish Society, NOAA Fisheries, Metro & the Wild Salmon Center.  He served as past board secretary of the Oregon League of Conservation Voters, and past treasurer of the Wild Fish Political Action Committee.  David currently serves as a member of the Native Fish Society's Board of Directors, and the Johnson Creek Watershed Council Advisory Committee.

Andrea Salinas
Andrea is the legislative director for the Oregon Environmental Council. Andrea leads OEC’s work with the Oregon Legislature and Oregon’s executive branch, as well as occasional work with Oregon’s congressional delegation and local elected officials. Andrea worked for Congresswoman Darlene Hooley where she provided district outreach on energy and Willamette River issues. In addition, she brings ten years of legislative experience working in our nation's Capitol as a lobbyist and legislative aide in both chambers. Andrea holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
